Logos – All sponsors should turn in their logos in JPG and EPS format if not already submitted.  These logos are posted online and in the program as well as on the item sponsored.  Please submit your logo as soon as possible. SUBMIT NOW

Company Descriptions – 100 word company descriptions will be used to tell our readers and attendees about the sponsor company.  Please submit as soon a possible if you have not done so already.  SUBMIT NOW

Payment – As we near the event it is important to make sure that your payment is submitted to the ATA.  Please assure that this has been taken care of.  Payments may be made over the phone by credit card or by mailed check.  If you plan to mail a check or have already sent one, please let us know when we should be expecting it.

Shipping – If your sponsorship requires that you mail information packets or any other item, your package must be received no later than Thursday, April 24th. All sponsor packages should be mailed to:
