Nancy brings to Power Direct over 10 years of Call Center Management experience in both the outbound and inbound call blending environment, including being highly versed with inbound call routing, handling, training, and technical set up for over 5000 client held toll free numbers.

At Power Direct, Nancy oversees the company’s day-to-day operations of over 400 telesales professionals at 3 call center locations. 

Nancy's leadership background includes Operations Management, Client Services, Training and Command Center Operations.  Nancy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Akron. She moved from education to the call center industry in 1992.
