Joseph Sanscrainte is an Attorney with Bryan Cave, LLP’s New York office, and is a member of the firm’s Regulatory Affairs, Public Policy and Legislation Client Service Group. Mr. Sanscrainte serves as the Chair of the American Teleservices Association’s (ATA) State Legislative Subcommittee, is a Board Member of the New York Chapter of the ATA, and a winner of the ATA’s prestigious Fulcrum Award. He is a member of the Direct Marketing Association’s Teleservices Council and also serves on the American Resort Development Association's Federal Issues and Privacy Regulation committees.

Mr. Sanscrainte is regularly sought after as a speaker on teleservices and privacy compliance issues. Mr. Sanscrainte is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Contact Professional Magazine, and is the author of numerous articles in many publications. He is a regular contributor to the DMNews.

Mr. Sanscrainte has been quoted in such diverse publications as the Washington Post, USA Today, and Phone+ Magazine; he has also been profiled by the National Law Journal.
