| Media credentials are reserved for editorial members
of the working media. Only those persons who write or report for
established news outlets are eligible for media credentials. Persons
requesting media credentials for events sponsored by the American
Teleservices Industry must be currently employed by an established
news organization.
Sorry, but we cannot issue credentials
to publishers, those who write content for web sites or e-newsletters,
corporate officers, or sales, advertising, public relations or
technical support staff from any organization.
To receive media credentials, you must submit the
appropriate documentation to media@ataconnect.org.
Requirements are detailed below:
Trade, Business and Consumer Publication Personnel
Provide two of the following three items:
- A business card with your editorial title from
an established publication
- A current editorial masthead that includes your
name
- Two bylined articles published within the last
six months
Television/Radio Reporters, Producers and Camera/Sound
Crews
- Provide a business card
- Show an identification card with your title at
your station
Freelance Writers/Reporters/Authors
- Provide an original letter of assignment or a
copy of your contract from a publisher or news organization
- Show two samples of bylined articles published
within the last six months
- Unfortunately, those who are not currently under
contract are not eligible for media credentials
Analysts
- A business card
- A bylined research report or article from the
last six months
Please note that the media registration list is typically
shared with exhibiting companies upon request, and may be posted
publicly. To register as press for an ATA event, send current
media credentials documentation (as outlined above) to media@ataconnect.org. |
