Become an Auditor for the ATA-SRO!
This program enables people to participate in an extensive three day training class designed to review the ATA Standards, the audit process, and the accreditation process for contact centers.
For Compliance Officers, Government Affairs Officers, and corporate counsel, this training program is a must!

Materials:
Registrants will receive Auditor Certification Training materials prior to the class.
These include, but are not limited to:
- The Telemarketing Sales Rule (FTC)
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (FCC)
- The ATA Self Regulatory Standards
- Audit Methodologies
- Free Subscription to the ATA Regulatory Guide (90 days from date of registration)
The following information will be included in the classroom training curriculum:
- ATA Guidelines and Standards
- ATA-SRO Audit Software (pre self assessment and/or auditor processes)
- The applicability of the ATA Standards to business practices
- Potential “grey” areas regarding regulation and auditing
- Current federal and state statutes and regulations
- Relevant enforcement actions and related outcomes
- Review of auditing standards and metholologies
- Samples of completed audits
- Hypothetical audit scenarios
Training materials are not available without participating in a training session.
