ATA Inbound Committee

The American Teleservices Association's Inbound Committee is a central source of information to the Membership of the ATA, the Board of the ATA and potential members of the ATA on Inbound Best Practices, Inbound Legislation and Education on all Inbound topics relevant to their businesses.

The ATA’s Inbound Committee will bring the association into the forefront of inbound teleservices regarding best practices and up-to-date legislative issues.  The Inbound Committee will advise the ATA Board of Directors and members while providing a voice for the association around inbound education, legislation and trends in the industry.  The Committee will also provide the entire membership with useful tools to improve the inbound processes within their individual companies.

InBound Committee
Mission Statement
The inbound committee is responsible for making the ATA the association leader in the world of inbound. They hold a conference call every month to discuss best practices as well as some compliance issues and to plan for the up coming convention in Orlando . They have been given a five sessions that are to include inbound content. With these sessions the committee will be required to find speakers as well as plan the speaking agenda. They are also responsible for expanding our ATA online library, by finding case studies, research projects and white papers to provide to our membership for free or for a price.
