Our annual Holiday Event was a huge success!

The event was held in conjunction with SOCAP and we had a record number of attendees and was held at the beautiful Coyote Hills Country Club overlooking the golf course.

The event was kicked off with our Chapter President welcoming everyone and talking about the benefits of ATA and plans for the West Coast Chapter in 2012. The Customer Service Representatives who were awarded the Star Award were recognized including an ATA Member, Ansafone, who had two Customer Care Representatives winners.

A delicious buffet lunch followed the awards and the featured speaker, Crystal Wright, gave a presentation on handling stress and tips to achieve our very best in life and become more productive in 2012. The attendees brought toys to support the Los Angeles Fire Department's "Spark of Love" toy drive and we collected more than 200 toys!

The day was wrapped up with a personal tour of the Alta Resources Call Center.

This was another highly successful event for the West Coast Chapter. This event provided an opportunity to showcase ATA to SOCAP members and show the advantages of participating in ATA events and becoming a member of ATA.
