Jobs4America is a coalition of forward-looking business leaders committed to creating more than 100,000 contact center industry jobs in the next two years.

It’s a lofty goal, but how can we make it happen?

Join us for the upcoming ATA Ohio Valley event, where Jim Kohlenberger, Director of Jobs4America will offer an in-depth look at economic development in the contact center industry and offer insight on how companies can take advantage of current trends and economic conditions to expand their business.

The event will also feature a panel of state, local and regulatory officials along with a panel of industry experts, which will provide their perspectives on issues affecting economic development.

We’ll also provide an update on the latest compliance issues and trends affecting the contact industry.

Join the ATA Ohio Valley Chapter for a chance to network with other contact center professionals over FREE cocktails and hors d'oeuvres, while helping a wonderful cause in the American Cancer Society.

This Call Centers CARE event includes special entertainment from The University of Akron Department of Music and guest speakers who will share uplifting stories. There will also be a chance to go home with some fabulous prizes through the Holiday Raffle, which will benefit the American Cancer Society. Some raffle tickets will be provided with your registration fee, and you may purchase more at the event with cash or check.
