The ATA Midwest Chapter is pleased to announce its Call for Speakers for our 2008 Quality, Training and Human Resources Call Center Symposium. The ATA encourages interested individuals and companies to submit presentation proposals by completing and returning the application attached.
About the Event
The all-day event, to be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2008, will include presentations on best practices in quality assurance, training and human resources in the modern contact center.
Desired topics include:
- Real-World Training and Quality Assurance Practices for the Call Center
- Using data and call monitoring to impact performance
- E-Learning
- Training as part of a Career Pathing program: a comprehensive approach to career management and training in the call center.
- Monitoring for performance vs monitoring for compliance
- Quality Assurance in at “At Home” environment. Lessons learned. Do’s and Don’ts
- Best practices for training in a universal inbound/outbound environment
- Training for Safe Harbor: How to ensure your ship won’t sink.
Resources Worth Sharing: Learn about software solutions that companies are using for quality assurance and training. Learn what processes and methods work best and what products are most effective.
Individuals and panel speakers will be given 30 to 60 minutes per presentation, not including interactive Q&A. The event will also include lunch, exhibits, plenty of networking, and a cocktail hour in downtown Omaha.
