Salt Shaker Foundation, Inc. was formed by a group of friends who believe that it’s important to raise money in support of cancer research and awareness.  Together, we have formed Team Margaritaville or Bust to ride in Lance Armstrong Foundation's Livestrong Challenge- a weekend long event culminating in a 5K walk, 5K/10K run, or 10/40/70/100 mile bike ride in Philadelphia on August 26, 2007.

The Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF)  believes that in the battle for cancer, “unity is strength, knowledge is power, and attitude is everything.”  Last year, our organization raised $50,000 for the LAF and our team was the #5 fundraiser in Philadelphia and tied for #1 number of participants.  Our first major fundraiser at PJ Whelihan’s raised $30,000 with over 400 people in attendance.  This year we have set our goals even higher and hope to raise even more money for the LAF. 

ATA joins forces with the Salt Shaker Foundation to raise money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation. Join ATA and friends for a fun night of networking , food, music, fun and fundraising!

In honor of the team name, Parrotbeach, we will be playing tribute to the music of Jimmy Buffett plus all your Island favorites. 

There will be plenty of food, drink and fun for everyone and fundraising opportunities galore with our Silent Auction and Grand Prize Raffle Baskets.
