All of our events were successful, we raised money for two very worthwhile causes, expanded our board, and outpaced all other chapters in membership growth.
Our first event, entitled Doing Business by Phone Safely (for the small business), was held in conjunction with the Cincinnati BBB. The proceeds went toward promoting business ethics through the BBB and their Students of Integrity Scholarship fund.
Our annual Compliance Seminar in Chicago was our best attended event on record and our Technology Showcase at the Great Lakes Science Museum in Cleveland featured Bob DiBiaso, VP of the Cleveland Indians, as the highly entertaining guest speaker.
Last but not least, our Customer Experience Performance Management event at the Highlights (for Children) facility in Columbus raised several thousand dollars for urgently needed Hurricane Noel relief.
Going into 2008, we have a great board of professionals who volunteer their time for the betterment of the channel and are always ready to share their experience.
The 2008 chapter events calendar should have something of interest for everyone.
