Jason Fine named Acting Chairman for the ATA’s International Committee

Westerville, OH- Jason Fine, President of Fine Marketing Solutions, was named the Acting Chairman for the American Teleservices Association’s (ATA) International Committee. In his new role, Mr. Fine will lead a cross-functional team, comprised of industry veterans, in an effort to expand the ATA’s presence around the globe and provide valuable resources to suppliers and users of contact center services.

“As contact centers continue to expand around the world, it is the responsibility of organizations such as the ATA to help ensure the business interests of contact centers are well-balanced with the interests and concerns of all consumers.  We see the International Committee playing a critical role in educating users and suppliers alike on the challenges associated with near and offshore outsourcing,” commented Tim Searcy, CEO of the American Teleservices Association. Rafael Manzón, Director of Business Affairs, will be the ATA liaison for the Committee.  “We are confident in Jason’s ability to lead this important initiative,” said Manzón.

Mr. Fine has been involved in teleservices-related projects throughout the globe and has significant experience leading multi-national teams. His vision is for the Committee to be recognized for its expertise in international outsourcing and for its library of contact center intelligence and resources.
